Ev99 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between ev99 (ev99.live) and its members. ev99 operates an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, ev99 will notify members via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

• These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English; in the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
• ev99 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time and for any reason.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

To open an account with ev99, you must be at least 18 years old. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. ev99 reserves the right to terminate any account created using false information.

• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• ev99 may request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Accounts may not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• Email and mobile number verification is mandatory after registration.

Deposits on ev99 can be made via Mobile Banking, bank transfer, or electronic wallet. Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method used.

• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–30 minutes.
• ev99 may disable or modify specific payment methods at any time if necessary.
• No processing fees on deposits.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Standard requests are processed within 1–48 hours.
• A new withdrawal cannot be submitted while another is still pending.
• Withdrawal requests may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
• ev99 may review withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

All bonus offers on ev99 come with specific wagering requirements and expiry periods. Please read the individual offer terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus is applicable once per member.
• The bonus claim period is generally 30 days; unused bonuses will be forfeited after this period.
• Bonus wagering may only count on selected games.
• ev99 reserves the right to make changes to its bonus program.

All game outcomes on ev99 are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent third-party auditors. ev99 has no ability to manipulate or interfere with game results.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, ev99 will arrange to refund the affected bets.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a game bug or glitch may be voided by ev99.
• In Sports Betting, bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ev99. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the associated balance.

• Creating or using more than one account.
• Registering with a false identity or using someone else's identity.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting bonus bugs or loopholes.
• Participation in money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Use of bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behavior toward other members.
• Attempting to attack or compromise the ev99 system or network.

Ev99 is committed to protecting members' personal data. All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Ev99 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. With that in mind, we provide members with a range of responsible gaming protection tools.

• The ability to set deposit limits.
• Temporary account cooling-off (break) for a set period.
• Option for permanent self-exclusion.
• A feature to track your gaming time.

Ev99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any member's account for the following reasons.

• Violation of terms.
• Providing false information.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Bonus abuse or use of multiple accounts.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

Members may also request account closure at any time. Processing may take up to 7 business days. Any pending bonuses will be cancelled upon closure, though real money balances will be returned.

Ev99 reserves the right to update any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance. For minor amendments, only the page date will be updated.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, please stop using the platform and request account closure. Continued use after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
